In a rousing announcement, industry icons who will be honored at the 42nd IRAWMA such as Oliver Mair, Joanne-Marie Robinson, Dr. Audley Rollen, Lloyd Parks, and the legendary Dr. Oliver Samuels who is set to be crowned the king of Caribbean comedy. Beenie Man, Bounty Killer and Buju Banton will be crowned the Kings of the Dancehall, covering three decades, 1995 to 2025.
