Special Honors at 41st IRAWMA
We're proud to announce that Attorney Ben Crump and Dr. Rita Marley will receive special honors at this year's IRAWMA.
Atty. Crump, a beacon of justice, has amplified the voices of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd — heroes whose stories ignited a global call for change. His unwavering advocacy in defense of victims of police violence has reshaped the national conversation on racial equality and human rights.
Dr. Rita Marley, a cornerstone of reggae and Jamaican music, has graced IRAWMA since ’82. Her influence spans performing, presenting, and winning awards, including honoring her late husband, the legendary Bob Marley, in 2019. Her ongoing contributions celebrate the rich legacy of reggae.
